151: 21 Jul 2024 Mediterranean Gulls

At least 90 Mediterranean Gulls (adults, second-summers, first-summers and juveniles) flighted towards the shore early morning before returning to nearby fields late morning. Also seen 15 Sandwich Tern and 8 Whimbrel.

Good numbers of Redshank, Oyster Catchers Dunlin, & Curlew. 18 Knot one in summer plumage, Black_Tailed Godwits, 4 Common Sandpiper & 1 Common Gull. An Osprey was flying along the estuary towards Campfield marsh.

A number of juveniles present in the scattered woodland east of Ravenstonedale though I only saw one adult, a male, who was a bit camera shy.
