  • Golden eagle!

    Sighting date: 2024-09-13. Submitted by: Ian Morris. Location: Bowscale fell.  Golden eagle sighted from Carrock fell summit, seemed to be hunting/scouting north facing face of bowscale fell around bowscale tarn then heading west towards rave craggs. Seemed interested in the sheep on the fell side! My first ever eagle spot in England!
