Highlights over the weekend.
Cattle Egret – 3 (2 still in Sum Plum) Black dyke.
GWE – 1 Arnside Tower, Inc a Little Grebe diving in a small piece of flood (half the size of a tennis court) in the middle of a field.
Garganey – 1 female/juv type, Heversham moss, but very elusive in the vegetation.
Wood Sand – (found by another birder) still present on Heversham moss.
Green Sand – 3 College Green
Cettis Warbler – 1 singing intermittently College green from ditch between farm and Halforth farm.
Pintail – 1 eclipse male
Black T Godwit – 7
White Wag – 1 showy male in with many pieds.
